I have developed an 8 week staff wellbeing programme which integrates compassion and neuroscience to enhance staff resilience and wellbeing. The programme aims to:

  • Develop self-compassion and resilience in staff.

  • Enhance emotional regulation and stress management.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Understand neuroscience to improve mental wellbeing.

Each session is 2 hours long and can be delivered online or in-person.

Personalised consultations:

We offer one-to-one consultations to professionals working with young children, providing tailored guidance on children's behaviour, social and emotional well-being and nurturing supportive relationships. We will work collaboratively with you to address specific challenges, implement effective strategies, and promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere in whatever environment you work in.

Reflective practice sessions:

Professionals often encounter challenging situations in their work. Our reflective practice sessions offer a supportive, non-judgemental space for staff to think about, discuss and learn from their experiences.
